Through our Community Resource Hub, we provide personalized support including housing navigation, case management, reentry services, youth mentoring, employment assistance, resource connection, life-skills development, and ongoing guidance.
Whether you are experiencing homelessness, facing eviction, returning to the community after incarceration, or seeking support for a young person, our team is committed to helping every step of the way. Our Community Hub serves as a welcoming place where individuals and families can access computers, community resources, referrals, educational opportunities, and basic needs support.
